Notice is hereby given that this Contract is executed on behalf of the trustees of the Fund as trustees of the Fund and not individually, and that the obligations under this Contract are not binding upon any of the trustees, officers, shareholders, agents or employees of the Fund individually, but binding only upon the assets and property of the Fund.
