Common use of Trust Irrevocable Clause in Contracts

Trust Irrevocable. The trust created by the terms and provisions of this Indenture is irrevocable until the indebtedness secured hereby (the Notes and interest thereon) and all other payment obligations hereunder are fully paid or provision is made for its payment as provided in this Article.

Trust Irrevocable. The trust created by the terms and provisions of this Indenture is irrevocable until the indebtedness secured hereby (the Notes and interest thereon) and all other payment obligations of the Authority hereunder are fully paid or provision is made for its payment as provided in this Article.

Trust Irrevocable. The trust created by the terms and provisions of this Indenture Agreement is irrevocable until the indebtedness secured hereby (the Notes Subordinated Note and the Senior Credit and interest thereon) and all other payment obligations hereunder are fully paid or provision is made for its their payment as provided in this Article.
