Common use of Trust Limitation Clause in Contracts

Trust Limitation. The Custodian agrees that the obligations assumed by the Trust on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Agreement shall be limited in all cases to the assets of the relevant Fund(s). The Custodian further agrees that it will not seek satisfaction of any obligation of the Trust or any Fund from any Shareholders of any Fund, from the Board of Trustees or any individual Trustee, or from any officer, employee or agent of the Trust or any Fund. The Custodian understands that the rights and obligations of each Fund, or series, under the Declaration of Trust of the Trust are separate and distinct from those of any and all other series.
