Common use of Trust Property and Accounts Held for Benefit of the Insurer Clause in Contracts

Trust Property and Accounts Held for Benefit of the Insurer. The Indenture Trustee shall hold the Trust Property and the Mortgage Files for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Insurer and all references in this Indenture and in the Notes to the benefit of Holders of the Notes shall be deemed to include the Insurer unless an Insurer default has occurred and is continuing. The Indenture Trustee shall cooperate in all reasonable respects with any reasonable request by the Insurer for action to preserve or enforce the Insurer's rights or interests under this Indenture and the Notes.
