Common use of Trustee Action Clause in Contracts

Trustee Action. The Trustee shall hold, collect, conserve, protect, and administer the Trust in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Plan, and pay and distribute amounts as set forth therein for the purposes set forth in the Plan and this Agreement. Any good faith determination by the Trustee as to what actions are in the best interests of the Trust shall be determinative, subject to approval by the Liquidating Trust Committee if required by the Plan.
