Trustee and Agents May Hold Notes; Collections, etc. The Trustee or any agent of the Company, the Parent Guarantor, any Subsidiary Guarantor or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and may otherwise deal with the Company, the Parent Guarantor or such Subsidiary Guarantor and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company, the Parent Guarantor or such Subsidiary Guarantor with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent.
