Trustee and Agents May Hold Notes; Collections, etc. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Note Registrar or any other agent of the Company or the Guarantors, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Notes, with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent and, subject to Sections 6.08 and 6.13 hereof and ▇▇.▇▇. 310 and 311 of the Trust Indenture Act, may otherwise deal with the Company or the Guarantors and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company or the Guarantors with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, Paying Agent, Note Registrar or such other agent.
