Trustee and Agents May Hold Securities; Collections, etc. The Trustee, any Paying Agent, Registrar, or any agent of the Company, the Guarantor or the Trustee, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Securities with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent and, subject to Sections 6.8 and 6.13, if operative, may otherwise deal with the Company or the Guarantor, as the case may be, and receive, collect, hold and retain collections from the Company or the Guarantor, as the case may be, with the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee or such agent.
