Trustee and Fiscal Agent May Own Certificates. The Trustee, any Fiscal Agent or any agent of the Trustee or a Fiscal Agent, in its individual or any other capacity, may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates with (except as otherwise provided in the definition of "Certificateholder") the same rights it would have if it were not the Trustee, such Fiscal Agent or such agent, as the case may be.
Trustee and Fiscal Agent May Own Certificates. The Trustee and the Certificate Registrar shall have no liability for transfers, including transfers made through the book-entry facilities of the Depository or between or among Depository Participants or beneficial owners of the Certificates, made in violation of applicable restrictions.
