Trustee and Manager not Affected by Notice of Trust. Except as required by law, no person shall be recognized by the Funds, the Trustee or the Manager as holding any Unit in trust, and none of the Funds, the Trustee or the Manager nor any transfer agent or registrar shall be charged with notice of or be bound or compelled in any way to recognize (even when having actual notice) any legal, equitable, contingent, future or partial interest in any Unit or in any fractional part of a Unit or any other rights in respect of any Unit except an absolute right to the entirety of the Unit of the Unitholder registered as holder of such Unit.
