Trustee Assignment. The Trust may establish designated series of trustees, beneficial owners or beneficial interests that may have separate rights, powers or duties with respect to specified property or obligations of a statutory trust or profits and losses associated with specified property obligations, and, to the extent provided in any designated series may have a separate business purpose or investment objective.

  • Collateral Assignment The Owner may assign this contract as collateral security. The Company is not responsible for the validity or effect of a collateral assignment. The Company will not be responsible to an assignee for any payment or other action taken by the Company before receipt of the assignment in writing at its Home Office. The interest of any beneficiary will be subject to any collateral assignment made either before or after the beneficiary is named. A collateral assignee is not an Owner. A collateral assignment is not a transfer of ownership. Ownership can be transferred only by complying with Section 8.2.

  • Lease Assignment A LEASE ASSIGNMENT occurs when all RESIDENT(s) will be vacating the premises during the current lease term. RESIDENT(s) will not assign this LEASE without first obtaining MANAGEMENT’S prior written consent. Any Lease Assignment shall be on MANAGEMENT’S form (Lease Assignment Addendum and Deposit Brief) and it shall be signed by ALL persons therein designated. The New Resident(s) must apply and qualify for occupancy. An approval by MANAGEMENT of a Lease Assignment fully releases the RESIDENT(s) from his/her obligations under the LEASE. The Security Deposit on hand will be transferred to the incoming Resident(s). The Security Deposit disposition will be handled between the Resident(s) moving out and the New Resident(s) moving in. A one hundred dollars ($100.00) Administrative Fee is charged for processing. Airbnb rentals, short term online rentals, and 3rd party rental contracts are not allowed.
