Trustee Compensation. Grantor shall pay the Trustee any necessary fees for services rendered. Where the Grantor is no longer in existence, the Trustee is authorized to charge against the Trust its published Trust fee schedule in effect at the time services are rendered. However, all Trustee compensation charged against the Trust shall be paid only from trust income unless the Agency authorizes payment from the trust principal in writing.
