Trustee Fees. Trustees, other than the two independent expert Trustees and any Employee Trustee who is an employee of CUPE, shall be entitled to a meeting fee of $100 for each meeting of the Trustees in which the Trustee participates, adjusted annually for changes to the wage rate increase for CUPE education workers. Participation by telephone or other simultaneous communication device shall qualify for a participation fee only if the meeting is scheduled and anticipated to last at least one (1) hour.
