TRUSTEE MAY DECLARE A TERMINATION DATE. Subject to clause 14.2, the Trustee may at the direction of the Manager, by not less than 5 Business Days written notice to the Liquidity Facility Provider and the Manager, declare a Quarterly Distribution Date as the date on which: (a) (SUBSTITUTE LIQUIDITY FACILITY PROVIDER): the Liquidity Facility Provider hereunder will be replaced by a substitute Liquidity Facility Provider; and (b) (TERMINATION): the Liquidity Facility will terminate.
