Trustee or Company to Act; Appointment of Successor. On --------------------------------------------------- and after the time the Master Servicer receives a notice of termination pursuant to Section 9.01, the Trustee or its appointed agent shall be the successor in all respects to the Master Servicer to the extent provided in Section 8.05.
