Trustee Powers Rights and Duties. Except as otherwise required by law, no party dealing with the Trustee shall have any obligation to inquire into the authority of the Trustee or into the application by the Trustee of any funds or other property transferred to the Trustee. The decisions of the Trustee in the exercise of any of its powers or the carrying out of any of its responsibilities shall be final and conclusive as to all persons for all purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
