Common use of Trustee Protected Clause in Contracts

Trustee Protected. If, in the reasonable opinion of the institution acting as Loan Trustee, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.01 or 9.02 adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Indenture, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.

If, in the reasonable opinion of the institution acting as the Loan TrusteeTrustee hereunder, any document required to be executed by it pursuant to the terms of Section 9.01 or Section 9.02 adversely affects any right, duty, immunity or indemnity with respect to such institution under this Indenture, such institution may in its discretion decline to execute such document.
