Until all amounts distributable in respect of the Certificates have been distributed in full and the Master Servicer and the Servicers have otherwise has fulfilled its their respective obligations under this Agreement or the related Servicing Agreement, as applicable, the Trustee (or its Custodian, if any, as directed by the Trustee) applicable Custodian shall also retain possession and custody of each Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the related Custodial Agreement. The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any Primary Mortgage Insurance Policiesprimary mortgage insurance policies, any certificates of renewal, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File Loan Documents that come into the possession of the Master Servicer from time to time.

Trustee to Retain Possession of Certain Insurance Policies and Documents. The Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), shall retain possession and custody of the originals (to of the extent available) of any Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies or certificate of insurance if applicable, applicable and any certificates of renewal as to the foregoing as may be issued from time to time as contemplated by this Agreement. Until all amounts distributable in respect of the Certificates have been distributed in full and the Master Servicer otherwise has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, the Trustee (or its the applicable Custodian, if any, as directed by on behalf of the Trustee) shall also retain possession and custody of each Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any the Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies and any certificates of renewalrenewal thereof, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File that come into the possession of the Master Servicer from time to time.

The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause the applicable Servicer to be delivered deliver to the Trustee (or the Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any the Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies and any certificates of renewalrenewal thereof, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File that come into the possession of the Master Servicer or a Servicer from time to time.

The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee (or the Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any Primary Mortgage Insurance Policiesprimary mortgage insurance policies, any certificates of renewal, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File Loan Documents that come into the possession of the Master Servicer from time to time.

Until all amounts distributable in respect of the Certificates have been distributed in full and the Master Servicer otherwise has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, the Trustee (or its the applicable Custodian, if any, as directed by the Trustee) shall also retain possession and custody of each Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause each Servicer to be delivered deliver to the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any the Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies and any certificates of renewalrenewal thereof, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File that come into the possession of the Master Servicer or any Servicer from time to time.

The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee (or the Custodianapplicable Custodians, if any, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any the Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies and any certificates of renewalrenewal thereof, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File that come into the possession of the Master Servicer from time to time.

The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause each Servicer to be delivered deliver to the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any the Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies and any certificates of renewalrenewal thereof, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File that come into the possession of the Master Servicer or any Servicer from time to time.

Until all amounts distributable in respect of the Certificates have been distributed in full and the Master Servicer and the related Servicer and the related Interim Servicer have otherwise has fulfilled its their respective obligations under this Agreement, Agreement and the related Interim Servicing Agreement the Trustee (or its Custodian, if any, as directed by the Trustee) Custodian shall also retain possession and custody of each Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Custodial Agreement. The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee (or the Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any Primary Mortgage Insurance Policiesprimary mortgage insurance policies, any certificates of renewal, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File Loan Documents that come into the possession of the Master Servicer from time to time.

Trustee to Retain Possession of Certain Insurance Policies and Documents. The Trustee (or the Custodian, as directed by applicable Custodian on behalf of the Trustee), or the Servicer in the case of Mortgage Loans for which WFB is both the Servicer and the Custodian) shall retain possession and custody of the originals (to of the extent available) of any Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies or certificate of insurance if applicable, applicable and any certificates of renewal as to the foregoing as may be issued from time to time as contemplated by this Agreement. Until all amounts distributable in respect of the Certificates have been distributed in full and the Master Servicer otherwise has fulfilled its obligations under this Agreement, the Trustee (or its the applicable Custodian, if any, as directed by the Trustee) shall also retain possession and custody of each Mortgage File in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Master Servicer shall promptly deliver or cause each Servicer to be delivered deliver to the Trustee (or the applicable Custodian, as directed by the Trustee), upon the execution or receipt thereof the originals of any the Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies, Policies and any certificates of renewalrenewal thereof, and such other documents or instruments that constitute portions of the Mortgage File that come into the possession of the Master Servicer or any Servicer from time to time.
