TIME SHARE LESSOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT WHEN IT OPERATES ANY AIRCRAFT ON BEHALF OF TIME SHARE LESSEE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
30.2 , TIME SHARE LESSOR SHALL BE KNOWN AS, CONSIDERED, AND LESSEE CERTIFY THAT LESSOR AND NOT LESSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATIONAL CONTROL IN FACT WILL BE THE OPERATOR OF THE AIRCRAFT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENTSUCH AIRCRAFT. LESSOR FURTHER EACH PARTY HERETO CERTIFIES THAT LESSOR IT UNDERSTANDS THE EXTENT OF ITS RESPONSIBILITY RESPONSIBILITIES, SET FORTH HEREIN, FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS.
30.3 LESSOR AND LESSEE UNDERSTAND THAT . AN EXPLANATION OF FACTORS BEARING ON OPERATIONAL CONTROL AND THE PERTINENT FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE NEAREST FAA FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FLIGHT STANDARDS DISTRICT OFFICE.
30.4 LESSOR AND ▇▇▇▇▇▇ . THE PARTIES HERETO CERTIFY AND AGREE THAT A TRUE COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CARRIED ON THE EACH AIRCRAFT AT ALL TIMES DURING ANY TIME SHARING FLIGHT, AND SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION UPON REQUEST BY AN APPROPRIATELY CONSTITUTED IDENTIFIED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATIONADMINISTRATOR OF THE FAA.

TRUTH IN LEASING. 30.1 TIME SHARE LESSOR HAS REVIEWED THE AIRCRAFT’S MAINTENANCE RECORDS AND OPERATING LOGS AND HAS FOUND HEREBY CERTIFIES THAT, DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF FAR 91.409. THE PARTIES HERETO CERTIFY THAT DURING THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT AND INSPECTED UNDER PART 91 OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS. LESSOR CERTIFIES THAT FOR OPERATIONS CONDUCTED HEREUNDER, THE AIRCRAFT WILL BE MAINTAINED AND INSPECTED UNDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF FAR PART 91 FOR OPERATIONS TO BE CONDUCTED 91.409. TIME SHARE LESSOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT WHEN IT OPERATES THE AIRCRAFT ON BEHALF OF TIME SHARE LESSEE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

SUBLESSOR FURTHER CERTIFIES THAT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING (OR PORTION THEREOF AFTER THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENTAIRCRAFT WAS DELIVERED TO SUBLESSOR), THE AIRCRAFT HAS BEEN MAINTAINED AND INSPECTED UNDER PART 91 OF THE FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONSFARS. LESSOR SUBLESSEE CERTIFIES THAT THE AIRCRAFT WILL BE MAINTAINED AND INSPECTED UNDER FAR PART 91 OF THE FARS FOR OPERATIONS TO BE CONDUCTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
30.2 LESSOR SUBLEASE. UPON EXECUTION OF THIS SUBLEASE, AND LESSEE CERTIFY DURING THE TERM HEREOF, SUBLESSEE, WHOSE NAME AND ADDRESS ARE SET FORTH IMMEDIATELY BELOW, ACTING BY AND THROUGH THE SIGNATORY HERETO, WHO EXECUTES THIS SUBLEASE SOLELY IN THE CAPACITY SET FORTH BELOW HER/HIS SIGNATURE, CERTIFIES THAT LESSOR AND NOT LESSEE IS SUBLESSEE SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRCRAFT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT DURING SUBLEASE (WHILE IT HAS POSSESSION OF THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENTAIRCRAFT). LESSOR SUBLESSEE FURTHER CERTIFIES THAT LESSOR IT UNDERSTANDS ITS RESPONSIBILITY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL AVIATION REGULATIONS.
