Truth-In-Negotiation. 15.4.1 In compliance with the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Action, Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, by signing this Agreement, the A/E certifies that wage rates and other factual unit costs supporting the compensation to be paid under this Agreement are accurate, complete and current as of the date of this Agreement. It is further agreed that the original contract price and any additions thereto shall be adjusted to exclude any significant sums by which it is determined the contract prices was increased due to inaccurate, incomplete or non-current wage rates and other factual unit costs. All such contract adjustments shall be made within one (1) year following the end of the Agreement.
