Common use of Turn Around Time Clause in Contracts

Turn Around Time. 4.3.1 The planned TAT in Calendar Days shall be as stated in Section 7 of Annex 1 – Airframe Maintenance Agreement. 4.3.2 The actual TAT shall start from the date stated as the acceptance date in the Delivery Acceptance Certificate signed by both Parties and shall end as of the date of the Return Acceptance Certificate signed by the both Parties. The TAT can be extended in certain cases and on the conditions set out in Article 14.2 of this Agreement.
