Twelve or More Consecutive Days Worked. After a Technician has worked twelve (12) consecutive days, a Producer shall not require him or her to work the next day without the Technician's consent and, the Technician notwithstanding Article 16.04, may refuse to work the next day without any penalty or prejudice.
