Common use of Two Affected Parties Clause in Contracts

Two Affected Parties. If an Early Termination Date is designated pursuant to Sections 5(b)(i), (ii), or (iii) of this Agreement, both parties shall be deemed to be Affected Parties for the purpose of determining the Settlement Amount pursuant to Section to 6(e) of this Agreement.
