TWO OR MORE AUTOMOBILES. (a) When two or more automobiles are described hereunder (i) with respect to the use or operation of such described automobiles, each automobile shall be deemed to be insured under a separate policy; (ii) with respect to the use or operation of an automobile not owned by the Insured, the limit of the Insurer’s liability shall not exceed the highest limit applicable to any one described automobile; (b) When the Insured owns two or more automobiles which are insured as described automobiles under two or more automobile insurance policies, the limit of the Insurer under this Policy with respect to the use or operation of an automobile not owned by the Insured shall not exceed the proportion that the highest limit applicable to any one automobile described in this Policy bears to the sum of the highest limits applicable under each policy and in no event shall exceed such proportion of the highest limit applicable to any one automobile under any policy; (c) A motor vehicle and one or more trailers or semi-trailers attached thereto shall be held to be one automobile with respect to the limit(s) of liability under insuring Agreements A and B and separate automobiles with respect to the limit(s) of liability, including deductible provisions, under Insuring Agreement C.

(b) When the Insured insured owns two or more automobiles which are insured as described automobiles under two or more automobile insurance policies, the limit of the Insurer insurer under this Policy policy with respect to the use or operation of an automobile not owned by the Insured insured shall not exceed the proportion that the highest limit applicable to any one automobile described in this Policy policy bears to the sum of the highest limits applicable under each policy and in no event shall exceed such proportion of the highest limit applicable to any one automobile under any policy;.
(c) A motor vehicle and one or more trailers or semi-trailers attached thereto shall be held to be one automobile with respect to the limit(s) of liability under insuring Agreements A sections A, B and B D and separate automobiles with respect to the limit(s) of liability, including any deductible provisions, under Insuring Agreement sections A.1 and C.
