Common use of Type-2A Interconnection at New Auburn Clause in Contracts

Type-2A Interconnection at New Auburn. A Type-2A Interconnection involves Trunk side connections to the CITIZENS New Auburn Tandem switch. Type-2A Interconnection is a two-way service for originating and terminating traffic between Parties’ respective networks. 4.2.1 A two-way Type-2A, Interconnection for Local Traffic, INTRALATA VoIP- PSTN Traffic, ISP Bound Traffic and Tandem Transit Traffic shall be ordered within thirty (30) days of execution of this Agreement by CENTURYLINK. Such Type - 2A Interconnection shall be used by CENTURYLINK to deliver Local Traffic, INTRALATA VoIP-PSTN Traffic and ISP Bound Traffic originated by CENTURYLINK to CITIZENS’ NPA-NXXs as identified in Appendix C and deliver Tandem Transit Traffic to some, all or none of the third party networks with End Office Switches that subtend the New Auburn Tandem. The subject third party networks that subtend the CITIZENS New Auburn Tandem and their associated NPA-NXXs are identified in Appendix E. 4.2.2 The same two-way Type-2A Interconnection shall also be used by CITIZENS to deliver Local Traffic, INTRALATA VoIP-PSTN Traffic and ISP Bound Traffic to CENTURYLINK’ NPA-NXXs as identified in Appendix C originating from CITIZENS and Tandem Transit Traffic originating from third party End Office Switches that subtend the CITIZENS New Auburn Tandem as identified in Appendix E. 4.2.3 Except to the extent precluded by nondiscrimination and/or dialing parity principles, or as otherwise noted above, the designation of Rate Center V&H coordinates associated with network numbers assigned to CENTURYLINK’s end users shall not affect or determine: (i) the services offered by CITIZENS or CENTURYLINK, (ii) the services provided to end users by either Party;
