Common use of Type of Information Clause in Contracts

Business Associate may use and/or disclose only the minimum necessary amount of Covered Entity’s PHI needed for Business Associate to perform the BA Services in a manner consistent with Covered Entity’s minimum necessary policies and procedures and any minimum necessary standards and guidance released by HHS pursuant to HIPAA.
