Type of Stock Option. The cover page hereof specifies the option type. If the type is "Incentive Stock Option", this option is intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and the regulations thereunder (the "Code"). If the type is "Nonqualified Stock Option", this option is a non-statutory stock option and is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code.
