Common use of Types and Amounts of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Types and Amounts of Coverage. Without limiting Grantee's liability pursuant to Article 9, Grantee shall maintain in force, during the full term of this Agreement, insurance in the following amounts and coverages: (a) Workers’ Compensation, in statutory amounts, with Employers’ Liability Limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each accident, injury, or illness. (b) Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage, including Contractual Liability, Personal Injury, Products and Completed Operations, and
