Types of Available Transactions. I may authorize a merchant or other payee to make a one-time Electronic Check Transaction from my checking account using information from my check to (1) pay for purchases or (2) pay bills. I may also authorize a merchant or other payee to debit my checking account for returned check fees or returned debit entry fees. Account Access. Electronic Check Transactions may be made from my checking account only. Limitations on Dollar Amounts of Transactions. I may make Electronic Check Transactions only to the extent that I have available funds in my checking account plus available funds in my designated overdraft sources.
