Types of Content. You acknowledge that all Content, including Company Properties, is the sole responsibility of the party from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not Company, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available (“Make Available”) through Company Properties (“Your Content”), and that you and other Users of Company Properties, and not Company, are similarly responsible for all Content they Make Available through Company Properties (“User Content”).

You acknowledge that all information, data, materials, text, pictures, images and other content (“Content”) made available via the Service, is the sole responsibility of the party from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not Bobyard, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available (“Make Available”) through the Service (“Your Content”), and that you and Homeowners of the Service, and not Bobyard, are similarly responsible for all Content that you and they Make Available through the Service (collectively “User Content”).

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, You may share or upload certain documents (including college application essays), information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags and/or other materials (“Content”) through the Service, including by way of your prompts, comments, questions, responses to Chatbot questions, and other input to the Service (collectively, “Input”). You, and not ActualAIz, are entirely responsible for all Input that you upload, share, post, email, transmit, query or otherwise make available through or to the Service. When you make available any Input on or to the Service, you represent that you own and/or have sufficient rights to use such Input in connection with the Service, including to grant the license set forth in Section 3.4 (License to Your Content). In response to any prompts, comments, questions, and other Input that You provide to the Service, the Service, together with AI Services, may generate new or revised Content (“Output”). You acknowledge that the Outputs are based on your Inputs and your Content, and that ActualAIz has no control over any such Inputs or Content. Accordingly, all Outputs are provided “as is” and with “all faults”, and ActualAIz makes no representations or warranties of any kind or nature with respect to any Inputs or Outputs, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, timeliness or suitability, or with respect to the ability for Outputs or Inputs to be protected by intellectual property rights under any laws, rules, or regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of your Outputs created through the Service, and you assume all risks associated with your use of any Outputs, including any potential copyright infringement claims from third parties or any disclosure of your Outputs that personally identifies you or any third party.

This means that you, and not TPF, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, e‐mail, transmit or otherwise make available through TPF Properties (“Your Content”), and that you and other Registered Users of TPF Properties, and not TPF, are similarly responsible for all Content that you and they make available through TPF Properties (“User Content”).

This means that you, and not Zapper, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available (“Make Available”) through Zapper Properties (“Your Content”), and that you and other Registered Users of Zapper Properties, and not Zapper, are similarly responsible for all Content that you and they Make Available through Zapper Properties (“User Content”).

1. content that you upload and provide ("Your Content");
a. Your Content includes content that you upload pertaining to yourself as well as content pertaining to your blindas, as discussed further below.
2. content that members provide ("Member Content"); and
3. content that Fourth Street Connections, Inc. provides ("Our Content"). There is certain content we can't allow on Blind’a While we want our users to be able to express themselves, we have to impose restrictions on certain content which: • contains language or imagery which could be deemed offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person; • is obscene, pornographic, violent or otherwise may offend human dignity; • is abusive, insulting or threatening, discriminatory or which promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry; • encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offence; • is defamatory or libelous; • relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers); • involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam"; • contains any spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programmes or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information whether from Blind’a or otherwise; • itself, or the posting of which, infringes any third party's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights); • shows another person which was created or distributed without that person’s consent. Blind'a operates a zero-tolerance policy for this kind of content. As Your Content is unique, you are responsible and liable for Your Content and will indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims made in connection with Your Content.
