TYPES OF INFORMATION TO BE SHARED. 6.1 All partners will share non-personalised data relating to domestic abuse to enable a common data collection. 6.2 In relation to personalised data, the information shared must be proportionate and should be the minimum amount needed to achieve the purpose identified. All partner agencies must decide if they can meet the purpose without using data that identifies individuals. 6.3 Where domestic abuse has been identified, all partner agencies should complete the DASH (NPCC/Safe Lives) Risk Assessment Model in line with their own agencies recording methods. This process will provide documented evidence of the decision making process in relation to the disclosure of the information. Consent should be recorded and retained in accordance with each agency’s procedures. 6.4 Lincolnshire Police will share: • • • Evidence relating to a conviction for an arrestable offence, associated with domestic abuse, providing that the conviction is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose. Evidence relating to a caution accepted by an accused for an arrestable offence, associated with domestic abuse, where the date of the caution is less than twelve months from the disclosure date; providing that the caution is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose. Details of any recent incident/offences and intelligence relative to an identified individual who has been identified as a domestic abuse perpetrator and/or offender, providing that the incident/offences or intelligence is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose. 6.5 The Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partners will share: • • • • Surname (including any previous names), Forename(s), Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Address, Previous Address (if moved within the last 5 years) of prospective identified individuals and their children. Relevant information regarding an individual who may be suffering from Domestic Abuse or may be identified as being at risk of Domestic Abuse. Relevant information regarding an individual who may be suffering from the effects of Domestic abuse, i.e. children living in a house where domestic abuse may be taking place. 6.4 Lincolnshire Police will may share: • Summaries of relevant incidents that relate to violence, arson, drug and sexual offences, in which the data subject is the perpetrator. • • Evidence relating Summaries of relevant conviction information that relate to a conviction for an arrestable offenceviolence, associated with domestic abusearson, drug and sexual offences, providing that the conviction is relevant not considered spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (See Appendix 3). The summary will include the date of conviction, where applicable a brief summary of the MO, and disposal. • Summaries of arrests made under the Mental Health ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, Section 136. • Relevant caution/ reprimand & warning information that relate to violence, arson, drug and sexual offences. It must be stated clearly on the request explicit consent form that the data subject consents for caution/ reprimand & warning history to be disclosed. • Summaries of non- conviction (for example information that has resulted in No Further Action [NFA]) information that relates to violence, arson, drugs and sexual offences. It must be stated clearly on the explicit consent form that the data subject consents for the disclosure of non-conviction information can to be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purposedisclosed. Evidence relating to a caution accepted by an accused for an arrestable offence• Personal details of victims or witnesses will not be disclosed, associated with domestic abuse, where the date of the caution is less than twelve months unless consent from the disclosure date; providing that the caution is relevant to the request and the disclosure of information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purpose. Details of any recent incident/offences and intelligence relative to an identified individual who victim has been identified obtained. • Disclosures will contain factual information only, using the principle that ‘the minimum disclosure required is the maximum disclosure permitted’. Police intelligence will not be disclosed as a domestic abuse perpetrator and/or offendermatter of routine. However, providing that police intelligence may be disclosed if there is a legal basis for sharing the incident/offences information or intelligence is relevant to a significant safeguarding concern has been identified. • Convictions and cautions should not be disclosed if they are considered spent under the request and the disclosure Rehabilitation of Offenders ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. See Appendix 3 for further information can be justified on the grounds that it falls within a policing purposespent convictions.

Relevant information regarding an individual who may be suffering from the effects of Domestic abuse, i.e. children living in a house where domestic abuse may be taking place.
