Types of Information. The list of confidential information transferred from one party to another party includes any information which the transferring party has provided for or may hereafter provide to the receiving party, whether in writing or visual form (in particular in the form of drawings or models) or in oral form by way of demonstration, transfer in the oral form or with the use of any means of communication or in some other manner, whether in permanently recorded form or not and which the receiving party has obtained or will hereafter obtain from the transferring party subject to the forms and ways of transfer specified above. 1.1 Виды информации.
