Common use of Types of Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Types of Insurance Coverage. The Superintendent offers the following insurance coverages, options for which may be selected by Unit Members through a cafeteria plan (as allowed by Internal Revenue Code Section 125), provided, however, that Unit Members must at a minimum select employee medical, dental, and vision coverage from among the offered plans: 14.2.1 Health and Medical plan; 14.2.2 Dental plan; 14.2.3 Vision plan; 14.2.4 Life insurance; 14.2.5 Short term disability.
