Types of Issuance. Letters of Credit shall be issued under the Revolving Facility by the applicable Issuing Bank on behalf of the Revolving Lenders on a “fronting” basis as contemplated by Section 5.2. Letters of Credit shall be issued under the Operating Facility by the Operating Lender on its own behalf.
