Common use of Types of Memberships Clause in Contracts

Types of Memberships. There shall be two separate memberships in the Association. Regular Members shall be made up of cities and towns. Regular Members shall be owners of the corporation with full voting rights. Associate Members are Public Entities approved for special membership as per the By-Laws of the Association. Associate Members shall have no ownership in the corporation and shall have no vote in corporate matters.
