Common use of Types of Services Clause in Contracts

Types of Services. The Shareholder Servicing Agent shall be responsible for performing shareholder administrative and liaison services, which shall include, without limitation: (a) answering Customer inquiries regarding account status and history, the manner in which purchases, exchanges and redemptions of shares may be effected; (b) assisting Customers in designating and changing dividend options, account designations and addresses; (c) providing necessary personnel and facilities to establish and maintain Customer accounts and records;
