Common use of UCC Financing Statements Clause in Contracts

UCC Financing Statements. Delivery to Collateral Agent of UCC financing statements and, where appropriate fixture filings, duly authorized by each applicable Loan Party with respect to all personal and mixed property Collateral of such Loan Party, for filing in all jurisdictions deemed necessary by Collateral Agent to perfect the security interest created in such collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents.

UCC Financing Statements. Delivery to the Collateral Agent of UCC financing statements and, where appropriate fixture filings, duly authorized by each applicable Loan Party with respect to all personal and mixed property Collateral of such Loan Partythe Company and each Guarantor, for filing filed in all jurisdictions deemed necessary by Collateral Agent or, in the opinion of the Purchasers, desirable to perfect the security interest interests created in such collateral Collateral pursuant to the Collateral Documents.
