Common use of UCC Reports Clause in Contracts

UCC Reports. Administrative Agent on behalf of the Banks shall have received a UCC report of a date reasonably close to the Turbine Funding Date for each of the jurisdictions in which any UCC-1 financing statements or amendments thereto are intended to be filed in respect of such Turbine, showing that upon due filing (assuming such filing or recordation occurred on the date of such respective reports), the security interests created under the Collateral Documents with respect to such Turbine will be prior to all other financing statements or other security documents wherein the security interest is perfected by filing in respect of such Turbine.
