Unanimous. (a) Each of the Syndication Parties and the Voting Participants before amending the definition of Required Lenders as set forth herein or amending Subsections 13.10.1, 13.10.2, 13.10.3 or 13.10.4; (b) Each of the Syndication Parties, the Participants and the Voting Participants before:
