Unannounced Observations. i. Unannounced observations may be in the form of partial or full-period classroom visitations which are typically at least ten minutes, Walkthroughs, or any other means deemed useful by the Educator, Evaluator, principal, superintendent, or other administrator. ii. The Educator will be provided with at least brief written feedback from the Evaluator within five school days of the observation. The written feedback shall be delivered to the Educator in person, by password protected email, electronic sharing tool, placed in the Educator's mailbox, or mailed to the Educator's home. iii. Any observation or series of observations resulting in one or more standards judged to be unsatisfactory or needs improvement for the first time may be followed by at least one observation of at least 30 minutes in duration within 30 school days.
