Unannounced Observations. i) Unannounced observations may be in the form of a school site or work site visitation or any other means deemed useful by the Evaluator. Visitations may include, but are not limited to: staff meetings, team meetings, classroom visits with supervising evaluator, walkabouts within the school or department, or individual conferences with students or parents. ii) The Administrator will be provided with at least brief written feedback from the Evaluator within 3-5 school days of the observation. The written feedback shall be delivered to the Administrator in person, placed in the Administrator's mailbox or mailed to the Administrator's home. iii) Any observation or series of observations resulting in one or more standards judged to be unsatisfactory or needs improvement for the first time must be followed by at least one observation of a similar administrative activity within 30 school days.
