Unauthorized Access or Use. COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE, CORRUPTION, DELETION, DESTRUCTION, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR APPLICATIONS. COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTS OR DAMAGES TO EQUIPMENT, ANY DATA CENTER, OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM (I) CUSTOMER’S, CUSTOMER’S AGENTS’, OR CUSTOMER’S EMPLOYEES’ MISHANDLING, ABUSE, MISUSE, OR ACCIDENT, (II) FORCE 599463 v5 MAJEURE, OR (III) CUSTOMER’S USE OR PROVISIONING OF CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT ELECTRICALLY OR MECHANICALLY INCOMPATIBLE WITH SERVICES OR OF INFERIOR QUALITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COMPANY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT OR THIRD- PARTY SOFTWARE OR DAMAGES THAT ARISE AS A RESULT OF DEFECTS OR ISSUES RELATED TO THE THIRD-PARTY EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE.
Unauthorized Access or Use. Licensee shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Plixer Product, and notify Licensor promptly of any such unauthorized access or use.

Related to Unauthorized Access or Use

  • Unauthorized Access Customer shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to the System, including without limitation by protecting its passwords and other log-in information. Customer shall notify Vendor immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the System or breach of its security and shall use best efforts to stop said breach.

  • Unauthorized Access Notification ▇▇▇ shall notify Provider promptly of any known unauthorized access. ▇▇▇ will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized access.
