Unauthorized Alien Checks Through E-Verify. Pursuant to the State of Florida, Office of the Governor, Executive Order Number 11-116, the Architect-Engineer will utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of: all persons employed during the term of this Agreement by the Architect-Engineer to perform employment duties within Florida within three (3) business days after the date of hire; and all persons (including subcontractors) assigned by the Architect-Engineer to perform work pursuant to this Agreement with the Department within ninety (90) calendar days after the date this Agreement is executed or within thirty (30) days after such persons are assigned to perform work pursuant to the Agreement, whichever is later.
