Common use of Unauthorized Attachments Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Attachments. Licensee agrees not to make any unauthorized or non-compliant Attachments to Streetlight Fixtures; provided, however, if an Attachment is made without permission, Licensor reserves the right to remove such Attachment with no liability to Licensee. If Licensor elects not to remove the unauthorized or non-compliant Attachment, such Attachment shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
