Unauthorized Connections. All unauthorized connections to the Sewer System will be considered trespassing and violators will be prosecuted. I hereby accept and agree to all the Terms and Conditions as provided within this agreement, and to contact Silverhawk Utilities Inc. prior to connecting to the sanitary sewer system to obtain and return a completed “Sewer Application & Inspection Report” along with the applicable Sewer Connection Fee at the current rate.
