Unauthorized Disclosures. In the event that a Receiving Party becomes aware of a disclosure of Disclosing Party Confidential Information in violation of the provisions of this Section 4 (each an “Unauthorized Disclosure”), the Receiving Party shall immediately notify the Disclosing Party thereof in writing. Each Receiving Party understands, acknowledges, and agrees that any such Unauthorized Disclosure may be detrimental to the Disclosing Party’s business and may therefore cause the Disclosing Party irreparable harm and damage. Accordingly, the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to seek equitable relief by way of injunction and to pursue such other rights and remedies as the Disclosing Party may otherwise have in connection with each such Unauthorized Disclosure.
