Common use of Unauthorized Termination Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Termination. A) If the Contractor fails or refuses to provide services as required by this Agreement, the Contractor shall reimburse the District for whatever costs are involved in finding a suitable replacement for the remainder of the term of the Agreement. This remedy shall be non‐exclusive and shall be in addition to any other rights or remedies available to the District in the event that the Contractor breaches the Agreement.

This remedy shall be non‐exclusive and shall be in addition to any other rights or remedies available to the District in the event that the Contractor breaches the Agreement.
