Unauthorized Use and Compliance. The Customer will use all reasonable efforts to see that employees, agents, assigns, or other persons under the direction or control of the Customer abide by the terms and conditions of this ▇▇▇▇. The Customer agrees to promptly notify Grantor in writing of any unauthorized use.
