Unauthorized Use of Confidential Information. If, at any time the Employee becomes aware of any unauthorized access, use, possession or knowledge of any Proprietary Information, the Employee will immediately notify the Employer. The Employee will provide all reasonable assistance to the Employer to protect the confidentiality of any such Proprietary Information.
