Unauthorized Use of Services, Property, or Facilities Clause Samples

The 'Unauthorized Use of Services, Property, or Facilities' clause prohibits individuals or entities from accessing or utilizing a company's services, physical property, or facilities without proper permission. In practice, this means that only those with explicit authorization—such as employees, contractors, or approved guests—may use company resources, and any unapproved use, such as trespassing on premises or using company equipment for personal projects, is strictly forbidden. This clause serves to protect the organization from liability, misuse, and potential security breaches by clearly defining and restricting who may access its assets.
Unauthorized Use of Services, Property, or Facilities. No services, property, or facilities of the employer may be used by any employee for other than official purposes incident to and in the course of their regular employment.
